NEWAVX is being designed to do more with less combining smarter manufacturing, digital-first pathways and care closer to home to reduce unnecessary materials, waste and travel. From how we build our technology to how it reaches people, sustainability isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of the engineering.

We believe opportunity to learn should never have an age limit. From inspiring the next generation through open access to science and STEM, to building CPD and training pathways that help people move into new, meaningful careers, we want knowledge to create opportunity. By sharing what we learn and opening doors into science, technology and healthcare, we hope to give more people the confidence and skills to change direction, contribute and build what comes next.

Our founders took unconventional routes into science, technology and leadership, shaping our belief that opportunity should be built around potential, not convention.
